IN FOLLOWING our SAFETY GUIDELINES— We intend to create as much ease, and peace of mind as possible. Respectful distance is still recommended. We will also intend to be outside as much as possible, weather permitting.
I have viewed, understand, and plan to make every effort to adhere to and prove my adherence with the following COVID safety protocols.
I understand these policies ONLY exist to protect and serve the well-being of all other attendees, staff, organizers, and of course myself. I will honor everyone's well-being as I would my own, and expect all other attendees and staff to do the same. We are all in this together. Furthermore, I will provide:
1 - Proof of my vaccination (Pfizer, J+J, Moderna)
2 - Proof of a NEGATIVE COVID test within 24 hours of departure
3 - Proof that I mask up (double-mask on the plane) in transit.
In the outside chance I somehow contract COVID during the trip, or return home with symptoms, I expressly release THE ORGANIZERS (This Epic Life, Kristoffer Carter LLC) from any negligence, wrong-doing, or any exposure, intentional or otherwise.
